Where it is & what it feels like

Manor is a small historic town on US-290, about 13 miles east of downtown Austin. Its old downtown has brick storefronts and the historic Bloor House, and Gilleland Creek runs through town.

Most buyers come for new homes at prices hard to find inside Austin. ShadowGlen has a golf course. Whisper Valley is an eco-community where homes come with geothermal heating and cooling, solar and EV chargers. Presidential Meadows, Manor Commons and Stonewater add more options. Tesla's Giga Texas and the airport are about 15–20 minutes away.
