Why I Do This

I've called Austin home since 2015. I bought my first place using owner-occupied investing: I lived in one part of the home and rented out the rest, so my tenants helped pay the mortgage. Since then I've helped other families do the same, and along the way this stopped being just a job. It's what I love doing.

My work is built on one belief: owning a home is one of the best ways a family can build a better life. I believe in the American dream. My mission is to help families go from renting to owning, and then from owning to building real wealth. I do that with live-in investing, creative financing, and honest advice at every step.

The tax benefits and the equity you build over time matter. But owning a home is about more than money. It's the joy of making a place your own, putting down roots, and growing as you invest in your future.
